All sales are final, with no refunds offered.  However, you have 7 days from the delivery of your purchase to exchange it for a different scissor.  If you exchange for a lesser priced scissor, store credit is available.  If you exchange for a more expensive scissor, you must pay the difference to make the exchange.  All exchanges should be handled promptly by contacting SAS via email at info@seriousaboutscissors.com or via phone 469-925-9958.
